All myotherapy appointments include orthopeadic assessments in order to determine the best possible treatment options, which may include dry needling, joint mobilisation and cupping. Exercises and stretches are recommended to improve range of motion, reduce pain and where possible return to pre injury activities.

Fine, solid sterile filiform needles inserted to trigger points within muscles. Dry needling may assist with decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow to the area and reduction of pain.
Combination of dry needling with TENS machine to assist with pain management or muscle activation
Direct manual pressure to trigger points
Targeted techniques aimed at releasing the surrounding fascia and improving function
Gentle targeted pain free movement of a joint to assist with pain reduction and join stiffness
